In addition to major companies like TCS and Accenture, reports claiming that Amazon will lay off 600,000 employees have intensified these concerns. Elon Musk also commented on this issue in a post on the X platform. The number of people who believe that AI will leave humans unemployed is far from small.

On the other hand, there are also those who argue that artificial intelligence will transform job opportunities rather than destroy them. Bill Gates, for instance, appears to take a more moderate stance. In a statement he made a few months ago, he suggested that AI could open the door to a new work system, where working two days a week might become the norm.

Which Jobs Will Artificial Intelligence Transform?

Artificial intelligence has already begun transforming many professions. About 41% of companies plan to reduce their workforce by 2030. So, which jobs is AI replacing? AI can significantly take over roles that involve repetitive and routine tasks — for example, customer service, call centers, secretarial work, accounting, and content creation. However, professions that rely on creativity, emotional intelligence, ethical judgment, and human interaction — such as doctors, teachers, psychologists, engineers, and artists — are less likely to be replaced by AI and will instead benefit from it as a productivity tool.
